Kaylie Welch

Kaylie Welch is an experienced educator and intern with a background in international studies and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently serving as an English Second Language Instructor at the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education since August 2023, Kaylie previously gained valuable experience as an intern at the Korea Defense Veterans Association from October 2021 to September 2023. Moreover, Kaylie held positions as Team Lead and Circulation Clerk at MERIT Library and as a Guest Advocate at Target, along with roles as a Peer Mentor and intern in the office of Representative David Crowley. Kaylie's diverse experience includes connecting with constituents and conducting research, underscoring a strong foundation in both education and public service.
