Luke Bilger

Luke Bilger is a Partner at RecAccess with over 15 years of experience in federal and state recreational land management. As a Development Manager at Incident IQ, Luke leads a feature team to deliver innovative solutions. Previously, as a Sr Software Engineer at Sagepath Reply, Luke maintained key client accounts, and at Dell KACE, Luke developed front-end interfaces for IT asset management appliances. Luke also co-founded Eyepinch, Inc., providing technology solutions for clients, and has held engineering lead positions at Dominion Enterprises and The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in the past. With a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bob Jones University, Luke has a strong foundation in technology and software development.
