Cormac Rawson

Cormac Rawson has a strong background in operations and management, with experience in various roles and industries. Cormac currently holds the position of Operations Director at Incipio Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as Operations Manager at Young's & Co PLC for a substantial period from January 2012 to January 2023. Before that, Cormac was a General Manager at both Mitchells & Butlers and Bay Restaurant Group, from March 2011 to January 2012 and from October 2008 to February 2011, respectively. Cormac began their career as a General Manager at Laurel Pub Company, where they worked from October 2006 to October 2008.

From 1998 to 2001, Cormac Rawson attended Kingston University, where they obtained a BA Hon 2:1 degree in Business Administration.
