Cody Blaisdell

Cody Blaisdell has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry, holding various management positions. Cody started their career as an Assistant Manager at Carrols Corporation in 2014 before becoming a General Manager at Panda Restaurant Group later that year. In 2016, they transitioned to Cafua Management Company, LLC, where they served as a Training Store Manager and then as a Multi Unit Manager. In 2019, Cody worked as an Area Manager at SDS Rx and as a Regional Manager at GC Pizza Hut. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Tim Hortons as the Director of Operations.

Cody Blaisdell obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Cayuga County Community College in the years 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Cody has obtained several certifications on LinkedIn in areas such as acting decisively, coaching and developing employees, cultivating a growth mindset, improving leadership communications, delivering accountability and performance conversations, practicing high-performing behaviors, and understanding the purpose effect. These certifications were obtained in the year 2021.
