Annelize Klomp - van Huyssteen

Annelize Klomp - van Huyssteen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Additionally, they worked as an HR Business Partner in the Technology division at IMC Trading from 2012 to 2016, where they supported the business in employee-related matters and provided guidance on HR policies.

Annelize's career also includes a role as a Corporate Recruiter at IMC Trading from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on recruiting IT professionals and supporting staff. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Recruit 121, where they managed accounts and recruited SAP professionals for major consultancies and end-user organizations.

Annelize Klomp - van Huyssteen obtained their Baccalaureus Psychologiae degree in Psychology from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications, including being a Hogan Certified practitioner from Hogan Assessment Systems in February 2018. Annelize also completed a Coaching for HR Professionals program from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2015 and became an MBTI Certified Practitioner from OPP in 2014.
