Drew Domagalski

Drew Domagalski, MBA, MSHA, currently serves as the Vice President of Growth at Incision since August 2025, with a robust background in healthcare operations and strategy, particularly in SaaS-based AI/ML solutions for hospitals. Prior to this role, Drew held several positions at LeanTaaS, including Senior Solutions Executive, where expertise was established in healthcare operations, product onboarding, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Earlier experience includes managing surgical services operations at Presence Health and Beaumont Health, focusing on project management, performance improvement, and financial analysis. Drew holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and an MSHA from Central Michigan University, complemented by a B.S. in Health Fitness.
