Girijesh A. has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology and strategy space. Girijesh began their career in 1997 as the Founder of WebCottage Solutions, a company that specialized in providing customized web-based solutions to help small & medium businesses e-enable critical business applications & internal processes. In 2003, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as the Director of Marketing for the Retail, Consumer Goods & Travel Industries and Head of eMarketing. In 2012, they co-founded Winculum and in 2013 they became the VP of Strategy for EKN Research, a partnership with Edgell Communications. In 2016, Edgell Communications and EKN Research were acquired by a private equity firm. In 2017, they became the Chief Strategy Officer at Incisiv.

Girijesh A. completed an MBA in Marketing & Information Technology from the Indian School of Business between 2002 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Philosophy from St Stephen's College, University of Delhi between 1997 and 2000.
