Michelle Joyce

Michelle Joyce is an experienced operator maintainer currently working at Cement Australia since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle has been with Incitec Pivot Limited since November 2019, serving as a Backup Team Leader in the Granulation Plant, where significant contributions included leading safety and production initiatives, developing new operational procedures, and promoting cultural change within the team. Michelle has a strong background in operations, demonstrated by roles as a Panel Operator DCS and Process Technician, where responsibilities included optimizing production and ensuring safety compliance. Previous experience includes serving as General Sales Manager at Meekatharra Accommodation Centre and General Manager at Lia Café and Worksite Accommodation in Karratha.
