Tara McLauchlan

Tara McLauchlan (nee Cross) is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in organization development and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as Global Manager for Organization Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Incitec Pivot Limited since January 2014, Tara has previously held various HR roles within the company, including HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes roles at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities spanned HR advising and graduate program development, as well as positions in recruitment and generalist HR functions at MIGAS, Resource Solutions, and the Queensland Government. Tara holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from Queensland University of Technology.
