Isidro "Izzy" Galicia has an extensive work experience in the field of professional services and Lean/Six Sigma business advisory. Isidro "Izzy" started their career at NUMMI in 1990 as a New Model Launch/ CPP- Toyota Production System Manager, responsible for managing new model introduction process and Toyota Production System methodology deployment. Isidro "Izzy" then worked as the Director of New Model Launch- Toyota Production System at Toyota Motor Corporation from 1995 to 1999, where they implemented major change requirements for facility design, supply chain integration, and operational design, earning several awards for their contributions. From 2000 to 2004, they served as the Director of Performance Solutions at GP Strategies Corporation (formerly RWD Technologies). In 2005, they joined Manex Consulting as the Vice President of Client Services, where they successfully built and maintained relationships with federal and state organizations and managed Lean Enterprise Transformation. Since 2007, they have been serving as the President and CEO of Incito Consulting Group, a professional services and Lean/Six Sigma business advisory firm.
