Josh Nittle

Josh Nittle has a diverse and extensive background in product design and user experience. Josh started their career in 2001 as a Principal at NURD, where they worked with leading advertising agencies, designed websites, and founded their own successful design studio. In 2006, they joined Electronic Ink as a Senior User Experience Designer, where they specialized in rapid prototyping and user-centered design for manufacturing process management software. In 2008, Josh moved to Kick Forward, where they served as a Principal and Lead Designer, working on various projects including designing internal tools for ADP and managing a design team for a video game industry media company. Josh then joined Intuitive Company in 2011 as a Lead User Experience Designer, focusing on design systems, mobile game design, and online banking websites. In 2015, Josh joined EY as a Lead Product Designer, where they managed design teams for top brands in various industries and played a key role in design and marketing strategy for B2B websites and native applications. Josh later became a Product Design Manager, responsible for managing design teams and fast ramping up industry knowledge for large consulting teams. Currently, Josh is working at Inclined as a Product Designer.

Josh Nittle attended Northampton Community College from 1999 to 2002, where they earned an Associate degree in Communication Design.
