Karelyn Lopez Rodriguez

Karelyn Lopez Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee recognition, communications, and bilingual coordination in healthcare and education. Currently serving as an Employee Recognition & Communications Specialist at Included Health since October 2020, Karelyn has also held multiple supervisory roles within the organization, including Bilingual Specialty Opinion Coordinator Supervisor and Bilingual Records Specialist Supervisor. Prior to Included Health, Karelyn worked as an Evaluator, Instructor, and Supervisor at PanAmerican Language, providing ESL instruction and candidate evaluation. Additionally, Karelyn has a strong background in guest experience management from Walt Disney World, where responsibilities included training and operational development in food and beverage services. Karelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts-English from Universidad de Puerto Rico, earned in 2011.
