Katie Perkins

Katie Perkins is a Senior Client Success Manager at Included Health, focusing on enhancing healthcare access for the LGBTQ+ community. With a diverse background in leadership roles, Katie is a Member of the Board of Directors for IncludEd United, aimed at fostering inclusivity and equity. As the Founder of the LGBTQ+ Workplace Education Center, Katie provides cultural competency training for businesses. Previously, as the Director of Suicide Prevention at the Utah Pride Center, Katie established the first dedicated department for LGBTQ+ suicide prevention in Utah. With extensive experience in consulting and strategic management, Katie has contributed significantly to various organizations, including United Equality Consulting and Utah Tech University’s LGBTQ+ Resource Center. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Entrepreneurship focus from Green Mountain College and an Associate degree in Physical Therapy from Marshall University.
