Muriel McFarling

Muriel McFarling currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Corporate and Securities at Included Health, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Muriel held the role of Associate General Counsel for Securities and Corporate Governance at Integer Holdings Corporation from March 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, Muriel spent nearly five years at Texas Instruments as Senior Counsel Manager, providing legal support for corporate governance, finance, and M&A activities. Muriel's career began at Andrews Kurth LLP, where a partnership from August 1994 to June 2015 involved representing various companies in business matters, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Muriel earned a Doctor of Law degree from Texas Tech University and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University.
