William Horton

William Horton is a highly experienced machine learning engineer and software developer with a strong background in developing AI and machine learning solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Included Health since April 2021, William has led the development of a large language model and generative AI platform and implemented a Feature Store using Feast. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer II at Compass, where William was the tech lead for the Contacts Intelligence project and achieved a 28% improvement in prediction precision through model training. William has also worked at Blink Health and Belstone, where significant contributions included building applications, optimizing data pipelines, and leveraging NLP for data extraction.
