Kristen Furtado, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kristen began their career in 2010 as a Business Operations Associate & Events Coordinator for Valley Public Radio. In 2013, they moved to ReTargeter as Office Manager and then to PubNub as Human Resources Coordinator & Office Manager. Kristen was promoted to Human Resources Generalist and then Human Resources Manager. In 2021, they joined IncludeHealth, Inc. as Head of People.

Kristen Furtado, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from California State University, Fresno. Kristen also attended Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea to study International Business. In 2016, they obtained an Excel for Mac, Intermediate certification from AcademyX Computer Training. In 2018, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
