Dr. Kristie Drucza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender and social development, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Includovate since March 2019. Dr. Drucza previously held the position of Gender and Social Development Research Manager at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), where leadership involved applied research across multiple countries focused on gender norms in agriculture. Additional roles have included Women's Economic Empowerment Design Consultant at Adam Smith International, Gender and Inclusive Community Climate Change Consultant for UNDP, and GESI Training Facilitator at the University of Queensland, showcasing a commitment to inclusiveness in various sectors.
