Natnael Tefera

Natnael Tefera currently serves as a Trade Experience Executive and Customers Experience Executive at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC since January 2023. Additionally, Natnael has been working as a Research Consultant at Includovate since November 2023, participating in projects related to school feeding programs and women's economic empowerment. Previously, Natnael held the position of Research Assistant and Transcriber at Meaza Consultant from April to May 2023, focusing on audio transcription between English and Amharic. Earlier experience includes a role as a Network Engineer at TV OBN from August to October 2019.
