Kellie Kron

Kellie Kron has a diverse background in the healthcare and human resources fields. Kellie began their career at PDM Bridge as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked from October 2007 to July 2010. Kellie then transitioned to Northern Bridges, where they held roles as a Social Service Care Manager from July 2010 to February 2011 and as a Care Management Supervisor from February 2011 to December 2013. In 2014, Kellie joined Community Care Connections of Wisconsin as a Member Support Coordination Manager and later became a Member Support Coordination Senior Manager from January 2014 to January 2017. Their most recent position is at Inclusa, Inc., where they serve as the Senior Manager - Care Management Support since January 2017, and currently holds the role of Director of Operations starting from January 2023. In their roles, Kellie has demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration skills, and a commitment to providing quality care and building partnerships.

Kellie Kron attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Studies. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Kellie completed Mental Health First Aid USA (Adult) training through Mental Health First Aid Trainings in November 2021. Kellie also became Human Synergistics Accredited in August 2021. It is worth noting that they have expressed an interest in Design Thinking, although specific details regarding their certification in this area, such as the institution and dates of completion, are unknown.
