Evan Ng

Evan Ng has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Evan started their career at Statistics Canada, where they worked as a Data Collection Support Unit Assistant, focusing on increasing efficiency and maintaining data accuracy. Evan then moved on to Environment Canada as a System Administrator Intern, troubleshooting and maintaining weather stations' servers. Evan later joined Demonware as a Software Developer Intern, where they worked on projects such as refactoring code for authentication and implementing algorithms for server-side APIs. After that, they worked at TrustYou as a DevOps Engineer, and most recently, they joined Cloudreach as a Cloud Systems Developer, eventually being promoted to Senior Cloud Systems Developer.

Evan Ng obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Nutrition Sciences from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Evan then pursued another Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, this time in Computer Science, from the same university, studying from 2011 to 2015.
