Lucy Warren

Lucy Warren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Lucy is currently working as a Project Delivery Manager at Cloudreach, an Atos company since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NTT Europe Ltd. from 2013 to 2022, where they held the positions of Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager. At Ericsson, they served as the Service Delivery Manager for BT from April 2012 to December 2012. Lucy also had various roles at Ericsson, including Individual Project Assignment - eShop from January 2012 to March 2012, and Operations Leader Northern Europe, Passport (MSS / PPX) Product from January 2010 to December 2011. Lucy started their career at Nortel Networks in 1995, where they were a Senior Programme Manager until 2009 and also worked in Time Recording, Invoice Control and Quality Functions from July 1995 to December 2005.

Lucy Warren's education history is as follows:

In 1995 to 1997, they attended Harlow College in Essex, where they obtained a Higher National Certificate in Business and Finance.

In 1998, they completed the Quality Assurance Lead Auditor - ISO9001:1994 course at Bywater Consulting in the United Kingdom.

In 1998 to 1999, they enrolled at Basildon College and earned a qualification in IQA A12 Principles and Techniques of Quality Management.

In 2001, they completed the TL9000 Quality Management System Auditing Course at Excel Partnership, which was based on the principles of ISO9001:2000.

In 2009, they attended the Project Management Institute in the United Kingdom and acquired a Project Management Professional (PMP) degree.

Additionally, Lucy Warren has also obtained three additional certifications. In July 2022, they received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft. In May 2022, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. Lastly, in July 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
