Patrick Dengler

Patrick Dengler has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Patrick began their career in 1992 as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they developed commercial-quality IT software and helped companies transition to the Windows NT/SQL Server platform. From 1994 to 1997, they worked at Onyx Software as a Lead Software Engineer, responsible for creating and writing versions 1.0 through 2.5 of the flagship product, Customer Center.

In 1997, Dengler returned to Microsoft and held various roles, including Lead Program Manager and Senior Program Manager/Lead and Architect. In these roles, they led teams and collaborated with high-profile partners to re-architect products and develop graphics solutions for Windows, Xbox, and Internet Explorer. Their work contributed to the foundation of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) product line.

Following their tenure at Microsoft, Dengler joined OMNI M2M in 2014 as a Software Architect, where they worked until 2015. Patrick then joined BrightArrow Technologies in 2017 as Chief Software Architect for a short period of time. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Big Chair Software as the Chief Software Architect, where they focused on building universal, customizable, and extensible software for emerging markets.

In 2018, Dengler joined Rackspace as a Cloud Architect, contributing to cloud architecture projects until their departure in 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at Cloudreach as a Principal Cloud Software Architect.

Patrick Dengler completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley in the period between 1987 and 1992. Before that, they attended Santa Rosa High School from 1985 to 1987, obtaining a High School/Secondary Diploma or Certificate.

In 2006, Patrick Dengler pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington, which they successfully completed in 2010.

Additionally, Patrick Dengler obtained the SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake in January 2021.
