Tamer Osman

Tamer Osman started their work experience as an IT Trainer in 2000, providing freelance IT training. In 2008, they became a Quality Assurance Analyst for the Great Man-made River Project, where they were responsible for administering and analyzing management and quality systems. From 2012 to 2016, Tamer worked as an IT Team Manager at the Libyan Embassy in Germany, where they prioritized workloads, managed team members, and provided training. Tamer then worked as a Senior Delphi Developer as a freelancer from 2016 to 2018. In 2017, Tamer pursued a Frontend web Development student role at DCI Digital Career Institute GmbH. In 2018, they interned as a Java Developer at BTC - Business Technology Consulting AG. From 2018 to 2019, Tamer worked as a Technical Support Specialist and from 2019 to 2021 as a Quality Assurance Analyst/Team Mentor at SYKES, where they participated in designing call and email monitoring formats, performed monitoring tasks, and compiled performance data. From 2021 to 2022, they held the same role at Sitel Group. Currently, Tamer works as an Associate Cloud System Developer at Cloudreach, an Atos company, starting in September 2022.

Tamer Osman began their education in 1992 at Salahaddin Highschool in Benghazi, Libya, where they earned their high school diploma in a general field of study in 1994. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Benghazi (Garyounis) from 1994 to 2000, eventually earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. In 2017, Tamer enrolled as a student at the ReDI School of Digital Integration, specializing in Computer Software Technology. Apart from their formal education, Tamer has also obtained several certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). In September 2022, they received accreditation as an AWS Partner in Technical and Cloud Economics from Amazon Web Services. Additionally, they earned the distinction of being an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in November 2022.
