Umang Grover

Umang Grover has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. In their most recent role as a Core Cloud Engineer at Cloudreach, an Atos company, they are responsible for cloud engineering tasks. Prior to this, Umang worked as an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer at the same company. In 2020, Umang worked as a System Support Engineer at Spectra Systems Corporation, where they provided technical support for Spectra software and implemented preventive measures for service interruptions. Before that, Umang worked at Squirrel Systems as an Implementation Specialist, where they installed and configured desktops and networking equipment, conducted end-user training, and managed databases. They also worked as a Technical Support Representative at Squirrel Systems, responding to help desk tickets, monitoring system performance, and applying software patches. Umang's work experience also includes a role as a Security Officer at BC Place, where they patrolled the area and ensured the safety of the venue. They also gained experience as a Team Lead at Burger King Corporation, where they supported and motivated a team of employees and maintained strong management skills.

Umang Grover attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2015 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Computer Information System with a field of study in Information Technology. In 2022, Umang obtained several additional certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform (002) from HashiCorp, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator from Microsoft.
