Co-Head of Conversation Design at Inclusivv

Sarah Webster began their work experience as a Manager at Time Out Bookstore from an unspecified start date to 2011. In 2013, they worked as an Advisor for the Ministry of Health New Zealand until 2015 when they became a Senior Advisor until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Sarah served as a Private Secretary to Hon Julie Anne Genter in their role as Associate Minister of Health at the Ministry of Health New Zealand. In 2013, they also started working as a Content Consultant at Dulwich Centre. Since 2019, Sarah has been working as a Co-Head of Conversation Design at Inclusivv (Formerly Civic Dinners), where they design conversations on topics relating to inclusion, sustainability, equity, and justice. Sarah has also worked as a Writer and Freelance Journalist since 2019, publishing pieces in various publications.

Sarah Webster has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Philosophy from The University of Auckland, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Sarah later pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology at Victoria University of Wellington in 2011. In 2015, Sarah enrolled in Victoria University of Wellington again, this time for a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Creative Writing.
