Dean Hickman-Smith

Dean Hickman-Smith is the Chief Revenue Officer at Incode Technologies. Dean has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on technology companies. Dean has held senior positions at Aerohive Networks, where they were responsible for global sales, pre-sales engineering, support, opportunity development and channel functions, and Incode Technologies, where they are responsible for worldwide sales and marketing.

Dean has a proven track record in taking companies public, with Aerohive Networks successfully going public on the NYSE in 2013. Dean also played a key role in the sale of Aerohive to Extreme Networks in 2015. At Incode Technologies, Dean has led the company through its own successful IPO in 2017.

Dean holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Dean Hickman-Smith attended the University of the West of England before attending RAF College Cranwell. Dean is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration in Commercial Aircraft Pilot.
