Manish A Malhotra has over 27 years of work experience in business development. Manish A began their career in 1993 as Director of Business Development for Kayel Group, a multi-national conglomerate with operations in over 9 countries. In 2013, they moved to Apple Commodities Limited as Senior Vice President of Business Development. In 2015, they joined JCL Logistics as Business Development Director, where they were responsible for operational activities in the fields of freight and product logistics as well as e-commerce. In 2017, they moved to Stenn as a Business Development Specialist. Currently, they are Regional Sales Director at Incomlend, a global invoice exchange where suppliers can finance their export invoices.

Manish A Malhotra has an extensive educational background. Manish A began their education in 1977, when they attended Loyola High School in Pune until 1983. Manish A then moved on to Fergusson College, where they earned a Foundation degree in Business/Commerce, General in 1986. After that, they attended Symboisis Societys College of Arts & Commerce and earned a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in 1989, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they completed their education in 1991, when they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Bharati Vidyapeeth, with a focus on International Marketing.
