Nina Mihelj is currently working as an R&D Technologist at Incom LEONE since August 2021. Previously, Nina was involved in a PKP project focusing on the development and use of Cordyceps militaris extracts at the University of Ljubljana in February 2020. Nina also has experience working in the Food Control Laboratory at Incom LEONE in 2019 and 2018. Nina holds a Master's degree in Food Science from the University of Ljubljana, Biotechnical Faculty, awarded in 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the same university, earned in 2019.
