Maggie Simon

Maggie Simon is an R&D Technologist II at Molson Coors Beverage Company since March 2025, with a previous role as Research and Development Coordinator at Octopi, part of the Asahi Group, from February 2022 to March 2025. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant R&D Brewer and QC Microbiologist at Octopi. From December 2019 to January 2022, Maggie worked as a Student Lab Assistant in the Department of Food Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed a Production Internship at Dairy Farmers of America in the summer of 2021. Early work experience includes serving at Eno Vino Wine Bar & Bistro and Reveres Wells Street Tavern between 2017 and 2019. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2022.
