Nicole Ibbotson

Nicole Ibbotson has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in financial services and technology. Nicole began their career as an Associate at Paul Hastings LLP, where they specialized in corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions. From there, they joined Morris, Manning & Martin LLP as a Senior Associate, focusing on technology transactions and regulatory compliance in financial services.

In 2011, Nicole joined InComm as an Associate General Counsel of Financial Services, quickly being promoted to General Counsel. In this role, they managed legal, compliance, and legislative matters for InComm Financial Services. Additionally, they served as the SVP and General Counsel of InComm Financial Services, overseeing global legal affairs for all financial services divisions of the company.

Since 2018, Nicole has also held the position of SVP, General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer of InComm Financial Services. Nicole is responsible for the company's global privacy program, advising on data security and privacy laws. Nicole has developed and maintained a comprehensive data privacy compliance program and utilizes automation tools for various privacy-related tasks.

In addition to their work at InComm, Nicole has served on the Board of Directors for Systems & Methods, Inc. (SMI) since 2018.

Nicole Ibbotson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) in English from The University of the South in the years 1998 to 2002. Nicole then pursued a Juris Doctor degree (magna cum laude) at the University of Georgia School of Law from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they participated in a Junior Year Abroad program at the University of Oxford, focusing on Classical Studies (start and end years unspecified).
