Sara Sheard

Sara joined Incommunities in November 2021 as the Executive Director of People. Her directorate encompasses HR, organizational development, talent management, learning and development, communications, reward and recognition, change management and employee relations.

Sara has extensive experience in strategic HR and culture change and comes to Incommunities with a background of people and organisational change leadership in a variety of sectors from Charity to Manufacturing and Finance. Her expertise and values lie in a people-centred approach to leadership, and by her ability to combine vision with a practical understanding of change processes.
