Chiyoko Rasser has a extensive work experience in the field of operations and administration. Chiyoko started their career as an Autism Family Support Coordinator at Georgia Community Support & Solutions in 2001. Chiyoko then moved on to become a Contracts and Operations Administrator at the same company in 2002, and held this position until 2010. In 2010, they joined Georgia Community Support & Solutions, Inc as an Operations and Administration Manager. Furthermore, they have also worked at InCommunity as a Director Of Operations starting from October 2017.

Chiyoko Rasser obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1992. Following this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Rehabilitative Services at the University of Northern Colorado between 1992 and 1994.
