Caroline Boothe Olsen

Caroline Boothe Olsen is a seasoned communications and finance professional with extensive experience in political affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Legislative Affairs at INCOMPAS since January 2023, Caroline also holds the position of Finance Director at The Great Task PAC since August 2022. Previous roles include Finance Director for Liz Cheney for Wyoming, Director of Member Services for the House Republican Conference, and Chief of Staff for Congressman Pete Sessions. Additional experience encompasses communications roles within the U.S. House of Representatives and internships with both Congressman Pete Sessions and the Office of George W. Bush. Caroline holds a BA in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University, complemented by minors in Business and Law.
