Laurie Morse-Dell

Laurie Morse-Dell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and change management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer and COO at Incompass Michigan since August 2017, Laurie leads internal operations with a focus on efficiency and growth, overseeing multiple departments including human resources and finance. Previous roles include founding Lean In Michigan, where Laurie developed a statewide peer-mentorship community, and working at the Center for Technology and Business, where innovative programming was designed to promote women's entrepreneurship. With a background in marketing and program coordination at various organizations, Laurie has successfully increased awareness, grant funding, and membership engagement. An alumnus of Central Michigan University, Laurie holds degrees in Graphic Design and Business.
