Francisco Salgueiro Yáñez

Francisco Salgueiro Yáñez has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Francisco is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at InConcert since July 2021, where they manage the Engineering department and leads the international expansion of the company.

Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Francisco worked at Rockethall Group as the Corporate CIO, responsible for Information Systems and Data for Spain, Portugal, and Latam. Francisco was in charge of a multidisciplinary team of over 150 people and had full control of the allocated budget.

Simultaneously, Francisco also served as the CIO at Agencia B12, a brand within Rockethall Group, where they held a managerial position in the IT department.

From 2013 to 2021, Francisco was the CIO at Telemark Spain SL, where they served as the Corporate IT Director for Spain and Latin America. Francisco oversaw 12 contact centers in 4 countries and led a team of 6,500 agents. Telemark Spain SL became part of Rockethall Group in 2018.

Earlier in their career, from 2005 to 2013, Francisco worked at Proconsi as the IT Manager. Francisco managed the IT department, leading technology projects and aligning information systems with company strategy.

Francisco Salgueiro Yáñez has a diverse education history. Francisco obtained a Grado en Ingeniería Informática degree from UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia in 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma Universitario en Análisis y Diseño de Software and a Diploma Universitario en Programación Avanzada from the same institution, both in 2021.
