Monique started their career in 1999 as a Senior Sales Consultant at Novartis, where they received multiple rewards for exceptional performance. Their responsibilities included sales and consultation with healthcare professionals in various specialties, such as neurology, psychiatry, dermatology, podiatry, rheumatology, gynecology, and primary care. Monique was trained in clinical pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, basic biochemistry, and major body systems. Monique was also familiar with community hospital formulary systems and outpatient departments.

In 2004, Monique joined Merck & Company as a Senior Dermatology Specialty Sales representative, a position they held for two years before moving to CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals. At CollaGenex, Monique served as a Senior Dermatology Specialty Sales representative for nearly two years.

Their most recent role was at InControl Medical, LLC, where they started in 2012 as a Regional Sales & Training Manager. Monique successfully launched the company's pelvic floor non-surgical devices for incontinence to various medical professionals. Monique demonstrated their expertise and skills in this role and was eventually promoted to Sales & Training Regional Manager.
