Chiara Laiena's work experience started in 2010 at Rolls-Royce, where they held various roles including Commercial Manager, Programme Manager, and Buyer. In 2019, they moved to Pattonair as the Supply Chain Director for Europe and later became the Procurement Programmes & Bids Director. From 2020 onwards, they joined Incora, first as the Vice President, Supply Chain for EMEA & APAC, then as the Vice President - Hardware Customers. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and General Manager - EMEA Hardware at Incora.
Chiara Laiena holds a Master's degree in Economics for Competition Law from King's College London, which they acquired between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business, Finance, and Economics from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they have earned the APMP certification from the Association for Project Management, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not specified.
