Chris Coombs

Vice President, Strategic Bid Management & Procurement Programs at Incora

Chris Coombs has extensive experience in strategic bid management, procurement programs, and supply chain management. Chris currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategic Bid Management & Procurement Programs at Incora since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Pattonair where they held multiple roles, including Strategic & Emerging Markets Procurement Director, Strategic Procurement & Bids Director, Strategic Bids & Sourcing Director, and Customer Sourcing Director. Before joining Pattonair, they served as Director of Supply Chain Management at Moog Aircraft Group, where they were responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies and managing supplier performance. Chris also worked at GE Aviation Systems as a Site Sourcing Leader and at Goodrich Actuation Systems as a Commodity Sourcing Manager.

Chris Coombs attended Hampton School from 1982 to 1989. Chris went on to Staffordshire University from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Sport & Recreation. Chris then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Management at the University of Leicester from 1993 to 1994. More recently, in 2017 and 2018, they attended the Cranfield School of Management for an Advanced Development Programme.
