John Hema

John Hema has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. John is currently working as the VP of Finance and Accounting at Incora since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Datacon Builders from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked as the Head of FP&A and Strategy at Dexter Axle Company from 2018 to 2020. John also held the role of Head of FP&A and Operations Strategy at SRS Distribution Inc. in 2017. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as the Manager of FP&A and Corporate Development at Commercial Metals Company. John started their career as a Civil/Structural Engineering Project Manager at Haag Engineering from 2007 to 2010 and served as a Materials Research Consultant at the Texas Department of Transportation from 2004 to 2007.

John Hema has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. John later pursued a Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2004. John then continued their education at The University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Ph.D in Civil Engineering/Material Science from 2004 to 2007. Finally, they completed an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship, from 2010 to 2012.
