Karen Florence

Karen Florence has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen is currently working at Incora as the Vice President and General Manager, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at Adams Aviation Supply Co Ltd from November 2021 to December 2023.

Additionally, Karen was the EMEA Finance Director at Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc from October 2019 to November 2021, where they handled various responsibilities such as financial consolidation, budgeting, and audit management. Karen also provided leadership to a team of 13 in the Central Finance team. Before that, they worked as the Group Financial Controller at Volution Group plc from April 2019 to October 2019.

Karen has also held significant positions at WIKA Group as the Chief Financial Officer from January 2017 to February 2019 and as the Group Finance & IT Manager from March 2008 to September 2017. Karen was previously employed at Adams Aviation Supply Co Ltd as the Management Accountant & IT Manager from March 2004 to March 2008 and at Smiths Group plc as the Logistics & IT Manager from October 1994 to March 2004.

Karen Florence obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Economics from the University of Birmingham, from 1989 to 1992. Karen then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science at the same university from 1993 to 1994.
