Kevin Matthies

Kevin Matthies is an experienced executive currently serving as President of Global Hardware at Incora since August 2023 and as CEO and Founder of Vulcan Industrial Partners since January 2023, focusing on operational and management transformations. Previously, Matthies held significant roles at Spirit AeroSystems from 2013 to 2023, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Programs, overseeing a $2.7 billion P&L, and leading engineering and quality efforts as Senior Vice President and Chief Engineering Technology Officer. Prior to Spirit AeroSystems, Matthies worked at Raytheon Technologies from 1987 to 2013 in various leadership positions, including President of the Javelin Joint Venture and program director for significant defense programs. Matthies holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-San Bernardino.
