Karim Kamal has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. karim started their career in 2018 as a Trainee at Information Technology Institute (ITI). In 2019, they moved to Vodafone as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for installing and managing Solaris and Linux systems, creating and managing Solaris logical domains, and patching Solaris OS. In 2020, Karim joined Incorta as a DevOps Engineer, and was later promoted to Staff DevOps Engineer and Cloud DevOps Engineer. In their role as Cloud DevOps Engineer, Karim actively managed, improved, and monitored cloud infrastructure on AWS, EC2, S3, and ECR. karim also built and deployed Docker containers to increase scalability, and developed Ansible playbooks to deploy, configure, and manage servers.

Karim Kamal attended the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at Menoufia University from 2013 to 2018, where they studied Computer Science. In April 2021, they obtained the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation. In April 2020, they obtained the Incorta 4 Essentials for Business Users and Analysts certification from Incorta EMEA.
