As a seasoned RN, Lea leads the East Coast Talent Advocates and Schedulers, who provide support to nurses throughout their interview journey with Incredible Health. From preparing for interviews, perfecting resumes or providing insight on our hospital partners, Lea and the East Coast talent advocate / scheduling team aim to support you every step of the way.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA – Lea began her career as a telemetry / medical surgical registered nurse in Cincinnati, OH after graduating from Xavier University with her BSN. She continued her nursing career in diverse community and public health settings abroad for several years. Lea is passionate about developing teams, developing operational improvements & most importantly developing nurses into their full potential!
