Aravind Subash

Aravind Subash has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, starting as an HR Trainee at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company in 2015. Aravind then worked as an HR Intern at Reliance Communications in 2016 before moving on to CareerNet Technologies as an Associate Consultant. In 2017, they joined Akshara Group as an HR Executive before taking on roles of increasing responsibility at Increff, where they currently serve as the Lead - Talent Acquisition.

Aravind Subash holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Electronics from Andhra Loyola College (2009-2012) and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Sathyabama University (2014-2016). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in recruitment and branding from LinkedIn in 2023.
