Tanya Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Telefónica Tech since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tanya held similar positions at Sword Group and Aberdeen City Council, where responsibilities included managing the delivery of comprehensive HR and Payroll systems and overseeing system virtualization projects. With a robust background at Lockheed Martin Civil Commercial UK, leadership of the Business Applications team was central to Tanya's role, alongside responsibilities in project management and continuous service improvement. Tanya's career commenced with positions in application support and consultancy, complemented by education that includes a Degree in Information Technology & Computer Sciences and a European Master Degree in IT and Network Systems from the Technical University of Moldova.
