Joseph Paul Arackalan is the General Manager at Incubation Centre IIT Patna since July 2016. Prior to this, Joseph Paul held various managerial positions at SunTec Business Solutions from June 2000 to June 2016. Joseph Paul holds an Engineer's Degree from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, and has also completed a MDP in Business Administration and an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.

The Incubation Centre (IC), IIT Patna is an INR 47.10 Cr project associated with the Make In India initiative funded by Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeITY), Government of India and the Government of Bihar. The Incubation Centre is focussed on ESDM with special focus on Medical Electronics. The Incubation Centre at IIT Patna will contribute to the ESDM growth story of India.
