Katie Alden-John

Katie Alden-John is a seasoned user researcher with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Lead User Researcher at Incubator for Artificial Intelligence since September 2025, Katie previously held the position of Head of Research at Caution Your Blast Ltd from September 2019 to September 2025, where a focus on user-centered solutions was paramount. Prior roles include leading user research initiatives at the Parliamentary Digital Service and contributing to the accessibility team at the Government Digital Service. Katie's background also encompasses advisory contributions to The Social Change Agency and research roles in various academic and clinical settings. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cardiff University and a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly.
