Lucy Hutchinson

Lucy Hutchinson is an accomplished Lead User Researcher at Made Tech, with a solid background in user research and education. With experience as a Visiting Lecturer across multiple educational institutions since July 2014, Lucy has delivered academic lectures and led tutorial sessions for both BA and MA students. Previously, Lucy held key roles as Lead User Researcher for the Department for Education, Senior User Researcher at HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and with the BBC, focusing on complex projects in education and justice reform. Lucy's research expertise extends to gaining user insights through various methodologies, and Lucy has also been recognized as a Jerwood x FACT Fellow, exploring identity politics and technology. Lucy earned a Master of Arts degree from the Royal College of Art.
