Marcin Bierut

Marcin Bierut has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2010, they founded and became the CEO of Iconity. Their responsibilities included business process management and improvement, as well as implementing systems to support and enhance processes in different organizations. In 2019, they worked as a Product Owner at Icon24. In 2018, they co-founded and served as the CTO of ePeer. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Strategy Consultant and Board Member at Incuvo. Marcin also served as a Supervisory Board Member at Spectral Games starting from 2013. In 2016, they held the position of CEO at Game Code Lab. Prior to these roles, they held various positions at 3SOFT S.A. from 2003 to 2016, including Supervisory Board Member and Board Member & PMO Director & CFO, where they were responsible for operating and financial management, developing systems architecture, and managing web hosting companies and SEO projects. Most recently, in 2022, they founded Braight Technologies and assumed the role of CTO.

Marcin Bierut attended The Silesian University of Technology from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science. In 2016, they enrolled at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Marcin obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include being a Certified Expert in BPM 2, obtained from OMG in February 2014; a UML Professional, obtained from OMG in April 2013; PRINCE2, obtained from APMG-International in October 2012; Profesjonalny Menadżer e-biznesu, obtained from IAB Polska in July 2011; and CustomerCentric Selling, obtained from Customer Centric Selling Poland Sp. z o.o. in March 2010.
