Julien Hayoz

Julien Hayoz is an experienced professional in the field of biopharmaceutical manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Executive Director and Site Lead for Biologics Manufacturing at Incyte since December 2018, Julien has held various leadership roles including Senior Director and Director of Engineering. Prior experience at Merck Serono, spanning from January 1999, includes positions such as Engineering & Maintenance Senior Manager and Project Senior Manager, where significant contributions were made to enhance production capacity and manage multimillion-euro projects. Additional experience includes a role as Downstream Senior Manager within Merck Group and early work as a Scientist Assistant on notable projects related to water treatment and process improvements. Julien holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from HES-SO Valais and a Chemical Laborant degree from EPSIC.
